ABOUT

Chris is founder and CEO of User Vision, one of the UK’s leading independent UX and service design consultancies.  He has led many user research projects and applied that to improve interaction design and end-to-end user experience for clients worldwide and across finance, government, travel and many other sectors.  He has provided training in UX and user centred design and is a UK National Expert for the UX Qualification Board (UXQB) which promotes the user-centred design process based on relevant standards. His personal UX passions are creating good navigation, promoting inclusive design and accessibility and ensuring solutions address user tasks.
