Joan Racenet is a software product manager working on a  “Usage-Driven testing” platform, Gravity, developed by Smartesting. He started his career as a software developer and co-founded HipTest in 2015, later acquired by Smartbear in 2018. He worked on multiple software quality assurance tools, like Hiptest, Cucumber, and Zephyr.
